- Install professional signage to advertise the property’s availability
- Place the listing on the MLS and internet real estate platforms
- Conduct broker and public open houses
Contractual Services
- Review all offers and provide strategies for negotiation of terms, including counteroffers, contingencies and timelines for ratification
- Provide referrals for attorneys and settlement agencies
- Contract review by broker
- Utilize the services of a transaction coordinator to keep the stages and deadlines for inspections and disclosures running smoothly and on schedule, as well as title and closing management
